Kenneth is a seasoned real estate professional with over 13 years of experience. He began his career as a single-family home investor before founding Sumners Capital, a multifamily private equity and asset management firm. At Sumners Capital, Kenneth successfully raised over $10 million in investor capital and managed a portfolio of over 860 apartment units.

Kenneth holds a B.B.A. in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University. Prior to his real estate ventures, he co-owned a successful computer network consulting firm for 11 years. Kenneth is also a Trainee Appraiser certified by TALCB and contributes his expertise to The Hornsby Group. He resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Allison, and their two daughters, Emily and Ellis.
